Cricket & Derek: Ft. Worth Wedding Part I
February 1, 2010You know that a girl with the name Cricket has to be fabulous. I seriously fell in love with this couple when I met them. They are so amazing together… just happy and so so in love. When I did Cricket’s bridals (that I have yet to post… aaahh), I saw how amazing Cricket looked in her beautiful dress, and I just KNEW she was going to make Derek cry on their wedding day. I think Cricket’s dress is one of my favorites so far!
Cricket and Derek got married at the Ashton Hotel in downtown Ft. Worth. The location was just amazing, but the wedding party was SO much more amazing! They were a HOOT! I loved how they were up for anything… easy going… and just ready to celebrate the day. It’s honestly an ideal situation when the wedding party is relaxed and up for anything when it comes to pictures. I can get better/more creative pictures if everyone just goes with the flow. I think you will see what I mean when you see the images we captured!
Cricket and Derek, I’m so thankful that you chose me to be your wedding photographer. I truly am blessed to have met you and I’m so glad I got to be with you on your wedding day. You are fabulous couple and I hope you have a wonderful life together!
