This is actually my second time to shoot a session with Colton. He’s a friend from StoneWater, and just so happened to let me shoot him when I was first getting into photography. See his first shoot here. I think my photography has improved A LOT since last summer and I’m so thankful that God has blessed me with more ability and passion! So anyway, here is Colton!

I think that’s three days in a row now. Three days of blogging! Hooray! So today was awesome. Another day off from my “other” job that I enjoy, and I really accomplished some things today! I spent from 10am to 5:30 this evening with my photographer friend Micah at the Coffee Grinder. I know… that’s a long time, but we both have so much to do and are both very determined to get our businesses up and running. We had a lot of fun bouncing ideas off each other and motivating one another to KEEP EDITING!!!! LOL! So fun. (Thanks for that, Big Red!). I also showed her around town and some of the cool spots for shooting in Gtown.

This is the Miller family. They have been wanting to get some family pictures done for a while and it just so happened that the day we scheduled for was a dark, rainy, and cool day. Since it is hard to get a family ready for pictures, we hated to cancel…. so yes, we went for it. Even though the girls were pretty cold and the sprinkles did their best to scare my new camera back in the bag, I did my best to capture the Miller family’s style. I also got to bust out my new bench. And by new, I mean, it cost me $5 at the Pecan garage sale. TREASURES, I tell you. Ha! Anyway, here they are.

Yes, it’s me… AGAIN! Can you believe it? I’m actually getting some work done! Yay! I got all of today off from work and I get tomorrow off too (which explains why I’m up after midnight…. well, not really… I’m always up late… but you know). So anyway, I’ve just been editing my little heart out on one picture after another. Tomorrow’s schedule looks about like today’s, but that’s okay with me! Anyway, I plan to meet my friend and fellow photographer, Micah, tomorrow morning for coffee and some serious post processing. Computer work is always more fun with a friend.

Anyway, this is Michelle, who has been oh-so-patient with me as I’ve been trying to get her pictures up! Michelle is not only a friend from my church, but she’s a singer and has a CD released. Check out her stuff here. She needed some fresh pictures for her website and I was happy to work with her!

Hello people! I know it’s been a while…. but unfortunately NOTHING has slowed down since graduation. Actually, school was just one little thing off my plate. Haha. Anyway, I’m trying to get caught up in my photography stuff. I’ve had so many sessions and so little time to post process! I won’t complain though, I love it all. I just wish there were more time!

Anyway, I had a senior session with Kayla last week. She was such an awesome girl! Her whole family came with her and we all had a great time trying to capture Kayla’s personality. Kayla, thank you for letting me do your senior pictures. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
